Error Codes

| DC | The door is open. • Close the door and press Start/Pause (Hold to Start) to resume. |
| DC1 | Check the door switch. • Power the washer off. Wait 2-3 minutes, power the washer on, and restart. |
| LC | Check for water leaks. • Power the washer off and inspect the drain system for blockages or leaks. |
| 4C | Check the water supply line. • Verify connections to water lines and ensure valves are fully open. |
| 4C2 | Laundry needs protection due to overly hot water. • Adjust the water heater temperature to below 140°F. |
| 5C | Check the drain system. • Ensure the drain filter is clear. If clogged, clean it and restart. |
| UB | Check the spinning process. • Redistribute unbalanced loads evenly in the drum. |
| 8C | Check the MEMS sensor. • Power cycle the washer (off for 2-3 minutes) and retry. |

Common Issues
