| E1 | Indoor unit temperature sensor fault — NTC open or short circuit |
| E2 | Outdoor unit temperature sensor fault |
| E3 | High pressure protection — refrigerant circuit high pressure trip |
| E5 | Communication fault — indoor and outdoor unit not communicating |
| E6 | Outdoor unit fan fault — fan motor not running |
| P2 | Freeze protection — indoor coil temperature too low |
