9C1The electronic control needs to be checked (Over Voltage Error). • Check if power fluctuations occurred.
AC6Inverter Communication problem. • Turn off the washer, unplug it, wait one minute, then restart.
DCOperating the washer with the door open. • Ensure the door is properly closed before starting a cycle.
UBSpinning does not work. • Make sure laundry is spread out evenly. • Check for unbalanced loads.
URDisplay for additional rinsing. • Appears when additional rinsing cycle senses detergent residue.
8CCheck the MEMS sensor. • Power off the washer. Wait 2-3 minutes, then restart.

  1. Washer won’t start – Verify power connection, ensure the door is closed securely, and check for error codes.
  2. Excessive vibration – Confirm the washer is level and laundry is distributed evenly inside the drum.
  3. Water not filling – Inspect water supply hoses for kinks, ensure taps are fully open, and check for leaks.
  4. Drainage problems – Clean the drain pump filter and check for obstructions in the drain hose.
  5. Unusual noises – Remove foreign objects from the drum and verify load balance.
