Error Codes

|---|---|
| DC | The dryer is running with the door open. Close the door and run the dryer again. |
| DF | Incorrect door switch. Check if the door sensor unit is loose or short. |
| BC2 | Incorrect button state. Check if the display PCB is loose or short. |
| FC | Invalid power source frequency. Check if you are using regular power source frequency. |
| 1 | Does not run. Make sure the door is latched shut. Ensure the power cord is properly connected. |
| 2 | Does not heat. Check your home’s circuit breakers or fuses. Some cycles do not use heat. |
| 4 | Is noisy. Check the load for objects such as coins, loose buttons, or nails. |
| 6 | Has odors. Household odors from paint, varnish, or cleaners may enter the dryer. |
| 7 | Lint on clothes. Clean the lint filter before every load. Check drum seals for buildup. |
| 8 | Items still wrinkled after Wrinkle Prevent cycle. Smaller loads respond better to wrinkle prevention. |
| 9 | Water drips from nozzle during Steam cycle. This is steam condensation and is normal. |
| 10 | Sprayed water not visible during Steam cycles. Sprayed water is difficult to see under lighting. |
| 11 | Extended drying time. Sensor Dry adjusts based on moisture detection; larger loads take longer. |
Common Issues

- No heat during drying – Verify thermal fuse, heating element, and circuit breakers.
- Excessive vibration/noise – Ensure leveling feet are balanced and load is distributed evenly.
- Lint accumulation – Clean lint filter after every load and inspect vent hose regularly.
- Long drying times – Avoid overloading and check vent obstruction if Sensor Dry runs longer than expected.
