| U04 | Unable to spin — drum load too heavy or drum cannot rotate freely |
| U11 | Drain fault — machine failed to drain the tub within the expected time |
| U12 | Door sensor fault — door not securely closed or door switch failed |
| U13 | Unbalanced load — load imbalance too severe to proceed to spin |
| U14 | Water supply fault — machine failed to fill to required water level |
| U18 | Drain pump or filter fault — drain filter blocked or pump malfunction |
| U99 | Water forcibly drained — water detected in tub at an unexpected time |
