| U01 | Door open fault — door not securely latched or door switch failed |
| U02 | Filter cleaning required — lint filter or heat-pump filter airflow blocked |
| U15 | Heating fault — drum temperature failed to reach target within the allowed time |
| H01 | Inlet air NTC temperature sensor open or short circuit |
| H03 | Outlet air NTC temperature sensor open or short circuit |
| H87 | Heating did not complete within the cycle time — heat-pump circuit underperforming |
| H96 | Heat-pump compressor or refrigerant circuit fault |
