| H11 | Indoor-outdoor communication fault — serial data link between units lost |
| H14 | Indoor air temperature sensor fault — room NTC sensor reading out of range |
| H19 | Indoor fan motor lock — DC fan motor not responding or Hall-effect sensor fault |
| H23 | Indoor heat exchanger temperature sensor fault — coil pipe NTC reading out of range |
| H27 | Outdoor air temperature sensor fault — outdoor NTC reading out of range |
| H30 | Compressor discharge temperature sensor fault — discharge pipe NTC out of range |
| H97 | Outdoor fan motor lock — outdoor DC fan motor not rotating at required speed |
