LG appliances typically display two-letter error codes. The first letter indicates the system: O for drain, U for balance, D for door, I for inlet, S for sensor, H for heating, and T for temperature.

Unplug the machine from the mains, wait 60 seconds, then plug back in and restart. This clears temporary glitches. If the error reappears, check the specific troubleshooting guide.

The model number is usually located on the inside of the door frame or on the back panel. LG washing machine models typically start with “F”, “WT”, or “WM” followed by numbers.
