| E2 | Overheating fault — drum air temperature exceeded safe threshold |
| E3 | NTC temperature sensor fault — inlet or exhaust air sensor reading out of range |
| E4 | Filter clog fault — lint filter or condenser heat-exchanger airflow restricted |
| E5 | Drum motor fault — motor or drive circuit abnormality detected |
| E6 | Heat-pump compressor fault — compressor or refrigerant circuit abnormality |
| E7 | Control board communication fault — indoor PCB signal abnormality |
