| E1 | Door lock fault — door not fully closed or door lock assembly failed |
| E2 | Overheating fault — exhaust or heat pump condenser temperature exceeded safe limit |
| E3 | Condensate drainage fault — condensate pump or tank full — check and empty |
| E4 | Temperature sensor fault — inlet or outlet NTC thermistor open or shorted |
| E5 | Power supply fault — supply voltage outside acceptable range |
| E6 | Heat pump compressor fault — compressor did not start or overloaded |
| E7 | Communication fault — main board cannot communicate with display or motor module |
